Summer at St. Croix!

Spend the week at St. Croix Training Center working with select staff. Participants will experience St. Croix’s principles of horsemanship that teach a well rounded approach to working with horses from the ground up. Horse Handling & Approach, Nutrition & Health, Barn Maintenance & Care, Ground Work are all a part of this camp. And, of course, participants will spend plenty of time in the saddle riding both hunt and western.

Camp modules are designed to keep youth of all ages and abilities engaged. As campers progress so does the curriculum making more than one week at horse camp an option for many children.

On the last day of camp, parents and other family and friends are invited to attend a mock horse show where they will have the opportunity to see what their children have accomplished over the week. It’s typically the highlight of the week for both youth and their parents.

All camp participants receive a St. Croix Camp t-shirt and framed photo with their horse!

Ages: 6 - 18

Experience: Camp is ideal for every level of rider whether new to horses or quite comfortable in the saddle.

Cost: $350.00 per week (credit cards accepted with a $10 convenience fee)
Discounts for families with multiple children and for multiple weeks registered.

Time: 9 a.m.—2 p.m.
Youth may stay after their camp session ends at 2 p.m. to accommodate working parents for an additional fee which is typically $10 for each hour or if you wish to have your child stay until 5 or 6 p.m. each day, we simply add $100 to the camp fee for the week. It's a great deal!

Lunch: Bring a bag lunch!
